Let’s make sure you’re ready for

success at CRH Healthcare

Here’s helpful information for job seekers.

As a healthcare leader, we’re committed to continuous growth and improvement. That’s why we’re eager to connect with top talent. Are you ready to pursue a career with CRH Healthcare? Here’s what you need to know.

Searching for open positions is easy.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to explore available jobs. You can search by title, specialty, keyword, location, and filter by category, shifts, and more to find positions that match your needs.

We have a simple 3 step hiring process.

Step 1: Apply

Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in, let’s walk you through the application process. Start by uploading your resume—either in PDF or Word format. You can edit and add additional information after submission. (A cover letter isn’t required but can be included if you wish.)

Some positions may ask you to complete pre-screening questions to gather more information about your experience. Additionally, certain roles may require an assessment, which we recommend completing promptly to keep your application moving forward.

If you’re qualified for the available position, a recruiter or hiring manager will reach out to schedule an interview. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our company, and discover what sets us apart.

If you are selected, your recruiter will extend a verbal offer, followed by a written offer for your review. Be sure to complete the acceptance process as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your start date. We are excited about the prospect of you joining our CRH Healthcare family!

If we determine that the position is not the right fit, we will notify you via email. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply for other roles as they become available.

If you have any questions about your application or the interview process, feel free to reach out to your recruiter. We’re here to help!

Helpful tips to help you stand out:

Your resume is a powerful tool to showcase your skills—make sure it reflects your best self!

Recruiters will first ask, “Does this candidate’s experience align with the job?”

  • Use keywords from the job description to make your relevant skills stand out
  • Ensure your resume is easy to read—bold key points and left-align text for clarity
  • Organize your experience based on relevance to the position and explain how your skills can benefit our team
  • Quantify your achievements where possible

Avoid Red Flags

Before submitting, check your resume for:

  • Spelling and grammar mistakes

  • Gaps in your employment history without context
  • Company-specific acronyms that may confuse the reader
  • Overused or vague terms like “Responsible for”
