 CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Maryland, Georgia and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.    
 
CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time HR professional with excellent technical skills to work out of its corporate office in Vinings, GA.  This role is best suited to a results-oriented self-starter who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, articulate, internet-savvy and a dynamo with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.  It requires a highly organized individual with a sense of urgency to the business needs that can adapt quickly.  
 
 The ideal candidate will possess Human Resources Generalist and HRIS reporting analytics expertise. Full life cycle recruiting experience is a plus.   
 
 Responsibilities: 
  • Strong Microsoft background.  Excel and PowerPoint SME.     
  • Act as a direct liaison to employees, efficiently responding to inquiries regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, leaves of absence, and other work-related topics 
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes, including phone screens, background/reference checks, offer letters, and orientation
  • Assist with monthly and ad hoc reporting/analytics
  • Conduct company surveys as required 
  • Maintain employee information in HR / Payroll system 
  • Manage the termination process including HRIS updates, paperwork, and exit interviews 
  • Assist with HR audits 
  • Create and update documents including letters and presentations as required 
  • Perform additional Human Resources duties as assigned 
 
Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience 
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially with Excel
  • A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • Strong knowledge of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems 
  • Skilled at building and maintaining a network of talent through ongoing relationship management and networking  
  • Strong customer service and deductive reasoning skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
