CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Georgia, Maryland, and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.   
 
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the CFO and have the primary responsibility of providing analytical support to the business. They will play a key role in analyzing operational metrics, monthly operating reviews and budgeting to assist the field and Executive leadership teams to guide the business and prepare for board and planning meetings.  In addition, this role directly manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FP&A function, providing training, mentorship, and prioritization to the team.
  • Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Analyze company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status, KPIs, and ad hoc reports to senior management.
  • Establish budgets and annual financial plans/projections consistent with company operations.
  • Develop tools and strategies within finance operations to support the scope of the business.
  • Partner with field leadership teams to provide ad hoc analyses to current areas of review.
  • Direct financial systems and process optimization, capturing efficiencies by simplifying data structure, streamlining workflows and utilizing reporting (including using BI tools).
  • Own KPI reporting and dashboard creation by functional department.
  • Calculate and report on company incentive compensation plans.
  • Maintain Revenue Recognition processes and ensuing business mix analyses.
  • Collaborate with the Billing and Accounting teams to ensure well managed receivables.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activity with buy-side diligence and modeling.
  • Other ad-hoc and finance and administrative duties as required.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business or related field is required.
  • 7+ years of finance experience required with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Experienced in planning, financial forecasting and execution. Must understand financial business models and how to achieve superior margins and profitability with a strong operational focus.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Proven Experience with Planning and Reporting software.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, efficiently manage tasks and time.
  • Ability to lead in a strong collaborative, open, and professional team environment and possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a sound thinker with excellent technical & analytical ability and good judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and plan over a multi-year time span.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication and the ability to work effectively with other people.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI and SQL or similar tools desirable.
 
This candidate will be required to reside in Atlanta, GA and have the ability to work in the office four days a week and one day from home, after a probationary period.
