Position Overview 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist independently manages full-cycle recruiting across assigned clinical, provider, field operations, and professional roles. This role leads intake conversations, develops sourcing plans, evaluates and presents qualified candidates, and maintains consistent movement from requisition opening through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and provides practical guidance on candidate quality, pipeline health, market conditions, and hiring risks. 

What You Will Do 

  • Independently manage a portfolio of assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. 

  • Lead intake and calibration meetings to clarify business needs, required qualifications, compensation parameters, scheduling expectations, and the profile of a successful candidate. 

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, referrals, networking, community resources, job boards, and other appropriate channels. 

  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, availability, and alignment with CRH requirements. 

  • Prepare clear, decision-ready candidate submissions that identify strengths, potential concerns, compensation expectations, schedule availability, and overall fit. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to review candidate quality, adjust sourcing strategies, and maintain timely interview and selection activity. 

  • Provide practical market feedback related to candidate availability, compensation expectations, scheduling challenges, and competitive hiring conditions. 

  • Proactively identify and communicate pipeline risks, aging requisitions, and barriers that may affect hiring outcomes. 

  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process and support offer discussions, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding handoffs. 

  • Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, disposition, and activity information in Paycor and other Talent Acquisition systems. 

  • Provide organized, leadership-ready updates for hiring managers, regional stakeholders, and internal Talent Acquisition meetings. 

  • Support process improvements and share sourcing, screening, and candidate-management best practices with other team members. 

What You Will Bring 

  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting ownership and the ability to move multiple requisitions forward with limited oversight. 

  • Strong hiring-manager partnership, consultation, communication, and expectation-management skills. 

  • Ability to assess candidate quality and provide clear, objective hiring recommendations. 

  • Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, and comfort working in a high-volume environment. 

  • Sound judgment when navigating compensation, scheduling, candidate concerns, and competing stakeholder priorities. 

Key Skills & Requirements 

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or Talent Acquisition experience, including experience managing a high-volume requisition portfolio. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading intake meetings, developing sourcing strategies, and independently partnering with hiring managers. 

  • Working proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Paycor, Paylocity, Workday, or a comparable platform. 

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, and other direct-sourcing tools. 

  • Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred, with a strong preference for demonstrated success hiring Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants, and other clinical professionals. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM, AIRS, or a related professional certification is a plus.
