The Role
We are seeking a Director of Brand to lead the creative vision and execution for all CRH Healthcare brands. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand strategy, leading integrated content development, and overseeing high-impact creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This leader will shape how our patients, their families, and our communities experience our brands across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate brings a strategic brand focus along with the ability to oversee creative that is engaging, on-brand, compliant, accurate, delivered on time and creates a trusted presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership
- Oversee the development of all creative assets across digital, OOH, TV, and other campaign channels to ensure our goals and alignment with the brand.
- Brand Strategy & Consistency
- Drive a unified look, feel, and voice across all three CRH brands while adjusting for their unique market positions.
- Define and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning across all brands, channels, and touchpoints, including website.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Direct and collaborate with outside agencies, freelance designers, and creative partners to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Campaign Development
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling, patient-focused campaigns that support growth, retention, and brand equity.
- Lead the creation of compelling, multi-channel content that tells the brand story and engages target audiences.
- Oversee editorial calendars, messaging frameworks, and brand voice
- Creative Direction & Execution
- Lead the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring excellence across digital, social, video, website, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelance creative partners to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Team Development
- Provide leadership for internal creative resources, including a marketing coordinator.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, medical, finance and executive leadership to ensure creative strategies support business goals.
- Performance & Impact
- Establish KPIs to measure brand health, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize creative and content initiatives based on data, insights, and audience engagement.
- Responsible for compliant, accurate, and on-time execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of agency or client-side experience in brand and creative roles.
- Proven track record of managing brand strategy and creative execution across multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Strong creative sensibility with experience overseeing integrated campaigns.
- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to bring brands to life across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in or managing agencies and creative vendors.
- Urgent care experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
